Where it all started
The idea of a great fish & chips place has always been in our mind. We, as proud Mauritians, love our island, and all the great things it brings to us. Our tropical paradise brings succulent seafood dishes to our table, ranging from the softness of the Red Snapper to the exquisite smell of a fried Splangled Emperor.  Seafood grills can only add to our moments with family & friends.  So, we thought, let’s do it!
